Rozália Del Gaudio is the new director of corporate communications for McDonald’s Brasil
The Brazil Division of Arcos Dorados announced Rozália Del Gaudio as the new Director of Corporate Communication. She takes over the area with the challenge of expanding the work of reputation management carried out in recent years. Rozália replaces David Grinberg, who was promoted to Vice President of Communication and Investor Relations at Arcos Dorados late last year, after three years on the board.
“In the last few years, we have structured the communication strategy to show that McDonald’s goes beyond the Big Mac and the french fries – and it’s going through its best moment in its 40 years of history in Brazil. Rozália is the right person to the challenge of accelerating that work and further consolidating brand leadership in the off-the-shelf food business,” said Grinberg.
Del Gáudio has a degree in Journalism from the Federal University of Minas Gerais (UFMG), a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the same University, and a Ph.D. in Social Sciences from the University of Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne. She has more than 20 years of experience in Communication, with a solid career lived in important companies like Vale, Grupo Votorantim, and C&A.
“We propose to act more and more in an integrated way, building communication solutions for the different audiences that interact with our company, such as employees, the press, influencers, franchisees, and opinion leaders, thus contributing to the continuous evolution of the company’s reputation,” said Del Gáudio.
